Security Update
Considering recent events in the State and around the country, we have worked with the Washington Hilton and our vendors to review and implement a new, enhanced security plan. The new enhancements will further strengthen the existing security measures we’ve had in place in years past. So, as you enjoy Washington Mardi Gras this year, just be aware that there will be additional security present throughout the main lobbies, around hospitality suites and corridors, in the ballroom areas, and also on the general hotel sleeping floors. We encourage you to also do your part – “if you see something, say something” – as you are going about your activities.

*PLEASE NOTE THIS IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR 2025: Once you have selected a costume, you will receive a ticket to go pick up a KREWE BAG. Krewe Bag pick up is in the Gunston West room, next door to the Costume Room. Krewe Bag pick up times are the same as Costume Fitting Room times below. **NOTE: Only COSTUMED Krewe members will be given Krewe Bags initially. Any non-costumed Krewe members not participating in the parade may receive a Krewe Bag from the non-allocated bags on Saturday after the Costume Room closes at 11:30 am.
Two complimentary tickets for “Louisiana Alive” will be given to each Krewe Member when they sign in at the Krewe Administration Room. These tickets will not be given to persons other than the Krewe Member.
